Holy crap, I just got back to the best work out in over a month to this. I have judo tomorrow and the day after, so I shouldn’t have worked myself so hard, I’m gana be sore through practice now, but with this blaring in my pool house, I didn’t want it to end, so I went 86 minutes through just totally pumped. Thanks, now I smell like nutt butter, off to the shower I go!
